Production Shift Manager

Coveris is a leading European manufacturer of packaging solutions including flexible films, pouches, and bags. Our Wrexham plant produces flexible packaging for food retail and agricultural markets. We are looking for a Production Shift Manager to lead a team of 25–30 operators across our printing and converting lines on a 4-on-4-off continental shift pattern. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate a shift team of 25–30 across flexographic printing, laminating, and slitting lines - Achieve daily production targets on throughput, waste, OEE, and quality - Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce H&S standards - Investigate and resolve quality or downtime issues using root cause analysis - Complete accurate shift reports and handover to incoming shift managers - Support training and development of operators and line leaders
