About the Role
Tetra Pak is the world leading food processing and packaging solutions company. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in sustainable carton packaging across South and Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in dairy, juice, and plant-based beverage categories
- Engage C-suite and R&D leaders at food and beverage brands to introduce Tetra Pak sustainable portfolio
- Lead commercial proposals for filling equipment, packaging material supply, and technical services
- Collaborate with Tetra Pak customer technical service teams on plant design and commissioning
- Represent Tetra Pak at regional trade exhibitions including Food & Hotel Asia and ProPak Asia
- Build market intelligence on competitor activity and regulatory packaging developments in SEA
Requirements
- ✓5+ years business development or sales experience in packaging, food processing, or capital equipment
- ✓Strong network in food and beverage industry across South/Southeast Asia
- ✓Experience with long sales cycle, solution-based selling
- ✓Understanding of aseptic processing and packaging is a strong plus
- ✓Bachelors degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or Business
- ✓Willingness to travel 40–50% across the region
