Senior Packaging Technologist

DS Smith is a leading provider of sustainable fibre-based packaging. We are seeking a Senior Packaging Technologist to drive innovation in our corrugated and paper-based packaging portfolio. The role involves working with blue-chip FMCG clients to develop packaging that reduces environmental impact without compromising performance. Key responsibilities: - Lead technical packaging development projects from concept to production - Evaluate new materials, coatings and structural designs - Manage client relationships and technical presentations - Mentor junior technologists within the team - Champion sustainability targets across all packaging development
