Packaging Development Manager

Hindustan Unilever Limited is India's largest FMCG company. We are looking for a Packaging Development Manager to lead packaging innovation for our Home Care and Beauty & Personal Care categories. You will work with global R&D teams, local suppliers and manufacturing plants to deliver world-class packaging across our iconic brands. Key responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end packaging development for multiple product categories - Manage a team of packaging engineers and coordinate with procurement - Drive cost optimisation and supplier qualification programmes - Ensure packaging compliance with BIS, FSSAI and international standards - Champion Unilever's sustainable packaging commitments in India
