Graphic Designer – Packaging & Labels

Constantia Flexibles is one of the world leading manufacturers of flexible packaging and labels. Our creative studio designs packaging artwork for pharmaceutical, food, and personal care customers across Europe. We are looking for a Graphic Designer specialising in packaging and label design to join our studio team. Key Responsibilities: - Create and prepare print-ready artwork for flexible packaging and pressure-sensitive labels - Work within brand guidelines to develop packaging designs for global FMCG and pharma clients - Manage colour management, print proofing, and pre-press approval workflows - Prepare repro-ready files for flexo, gravure, and digital print processes - Collaborate with account managers and technical teams to deliver on brief - Archive and manage design files within the DAM system
